The Destination Gold Coast Consortium (DGCC) comprised of The Star Entertainment Group and its Hong Kong-based partners Chow Tai Fook and Far East Consortium. The project consists of a 53-storey tower and includes the 4.5 star luxury Dorsett Hotel as well as residential apartments known The Star Residences. The hotel comprises of 316 premium rooms, with the upper levels of the tower housing 423 one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments. The hotel’s recreational podium deck is designed to highlight the beauty of the surrounding area, featuring views of ocean waters, lush green hinterlands and the lights of the city. The deck treats guests to a range of amenities including a pool, gym, private dining rooms and other recreational facilities. The project consist of a 63 storey mixed use tower which will host the internationally recognised, Five Star Hotel, consisting of 210 world-class hotel rooms, luxurious amenities and 457 contemporary apartments that will form part of The Star Residences. The development is to achieve the objective of strengthening the identity of The Star Gold Coast/ Broadbeach Island. The Waldorf Astoria hotel is a five-star luxury business and leisure hotel located on the south side of the Avenues mall overlooking the fifth ring road and connected to the avenues mall through prestige district. Pace has been commissioned to oversee the design and construction of the 200 key hotel offering special rooms, one and two-bedroom suites and furnished apartments with kitchenette for short and long stay. All of the room types and units have unique interiors and functional work areas. The design of the hotel reflects the opulence of the Waldorf brand while incorporating cues from nature. Neutral tones are used to create a feeling of tranquillity and resplendent detail in furnishing, lighting and artworks highlight the luxury surroundings guests enjoy during their stays. Leisure and recreation facilities are provided include controlled large swimming pool with a roof terrace, a large area for health club integrate a spa, gym and health facilities. The existing ramps next to the existing ballroom will be relocated to the east side of the hotel. This is to secure a proper connection between the hotel reception and ballroom that will add a great value to the hospitality experience of the hotel and to allow expanding the area of the ballroom area to be 1,000sqm instead of 650sqm for better facilities. Spread over of 7.5 million sqm and located 60 metres above sea level surrounded by mountains, with superb panoramic views of the Red Sea, Tiran Island and overlooking a nature reserve. Citystars Sharm El Sheikh consists of 1.2 million sqm of beautiful Crystal Lagoons and 22 kms of white sandy beaches, not to mention the largest Crystal Lagoon on the planet today covering an area 120,00 ㎡. The Fairmont Citystars Resort with 415 keys and 316 Fairmont branded residential apartments, the Swissôtel Citystars Resort with 388 keys including 386 Swissôtel branded residential apartments, as well as the Raffles Citystars Resort with 245 keys and 100 Raffles branded villas, and Citystars Sharm El Sheikh Branded Apartments 264 units. The Armani Hotel Milano occupies a beautiful, box-shaped 1930s palazzo in the beating heart of Milan’s fashion district. As striking as it looks from the outside, it’s arguably even more glamorous on the inside. Every aspect of its interior, from the mother-of-pearl doors to the leather-lined walls, has been either designed or approved by Giorgio Armani himself. The overall aesthetic is smart and elegant, thanks to the neutral colour scheme of beiges and light greys. Special touches abound, including Armani amenities in the grey marble bathrooms, complimentary minibars, and a “lifestyle manager” appointed to each guest upon arrival. The hotel’s 95 rooms come in various sizes and types, ranging from Armani Deluxe rooms, with their own deep bathtubs, to two-story Armani Signature Suites, which offer stylish central staircases and their own living rooms.
